Flood cause further delays

We have received further updates from our couriers today in regards to deliveries being affected by the severe weather.

Thursday 13th February
Hurricane force winds have caused widespread travel disruption overnight. Services to and from Scotland, North Wales, North West and North East England have been worst impacted which has resulted in a small proportion of parcels not being processed on time for delivery this morning, particularly for Scotland and North East England.

All our delivery services are out as normal this morning. However, there are currently 16 severe flood warnings affecting the South East and South West England and a further 135 flood warnings including the Midlands and East Anglia, which will impact our delivery and collection capabilities in the worst affected primarily rural areas.

The postcodes where flooding may impact our services today are: B60, B96-97, BA6-9, BA14-16, BA20-22, BN1, BN16-17, BN23, BS, BT34, CM, CT, DD7, DD11, HP, HR, IG, IV, KT8, KT11-12, KT16, KY8-16, LE, LL, ME, OX, PH, PL, RG17, RM, SL3, Sl7, SN, SP, SS, TN, TQ, TW13-20.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will keep you updated as the situation develops.
Our sympathies go out to everyone who has been badly affected by the floods and weather.
