Claims for damage or shortages must be notified by telephone and also in writing / email to DG SUPPLYLINE LTD within 3 working days.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us for a valid returns reference number. We will also require a copy of your invoice / delivery note along with your reasons for the return. We will not accept any returns after 28 days of receipt of your goods and without a prior agreement.
The customer pays the return postage, but must be sent by recorded delivery or tracked courier service (this is not refundable). A refund will be given for the item(s) but not the postage, provided the item is in the same condition as when it was delivered. Please return the item(s) to DG Supplyline Ltd, 122-124 Prince Avenue, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex SS0 0NW.
Items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
Items not normally stocked which are deemed to constitute a special order can be obtained subject to receipt of an official written order.
Special items may be subject to specific carriage charges and have a lead time of anywhere between 1-12 weeks from the time of placing your order. Please contact us for specific details.
All trade customers are entitled to a discount. To apply for a trade account, please complete the registration page form as normal and select the Trade drop down result under the Account Type section. Once we have received your registration and your account has been approved, we will then set your account to display trade prices at the Shopping Basket page.
