We were sent this fax from a customer asking if we recognised it and whether we could get hold of one.

Due to our dogged determination and persistent research we were not only able to identify the product within 48 hours, but were also able to supply a replacement handle within 1 week of the initial enquiry.

For those of you that are wondering, it’s a Kawneer lockable blade driven handle for use on aluminium windows. Unfortunately the lock mechanism it operates is no longer available, but the handle most definitely is.
