** PLEASE NOTE: These cannot be purchased to replace an existing internal lever currently being used as part of a pair of handles (inside and outside), as they have a solid spindle bar and not the ‘paired’ spindle bars which are cut to join together.

Product as described – not cheap, but as far as I can see it’s a specialist item, installed a part of a new build.
Delivery service is terrible though. Parcelforce simply did not try to deliver. The tracking on the website stated that there was insufficient information to make the delivery. We had to arrange collection from the depo, which, as the “attempted delivery” was on a Friday evening – already 2 days later than it should have been – did not happen until Tuesday. They then sent me a letter in the post… to an address they ostensibly did not have enough information to deliver to… useless.
