Claims:

Claims for damage or shortages must be notified by telephone and also in writing to DG SUPPLYLINE LTD within 3 working days.

Returns:

GOODS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR CREDIT WITHOUT PRIOR AGREEMENT AND MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN INVOICE NUMBER AND VALID REASON FOR RETURN. ANY GOODS RETURNED WILL INCUR A 15% NETT CHARGE PLUS ALL CARRIAGE + PACKING CHARGES.

Specials:

Items not normally stocked are deemed to constitute a ‘special order’ If available the item will be obtained subject to receipt of an official written order. Those items may be subject to carriage charges and a delivery of normally 6-12 weeks from date of entry by manufacturer.
